Companies House require that all items of business stationary such as headed paper (excluding business cards) and communications i.e.  company websites must show the following information:-

• Company name
• Place of registration
• Registered number
• Registered office address

The place of registration is the country in which the company is registered. If you are registered in Scotland this is the place of registration. The registered number is the number shown on your Certificate of Incorporation, if registered in Scotland it will begin with SC. If you do not know your registered number it can be found on Companies House website (www.companieshouse.gov.uk) by searching for your company name.

Furthermore, if you include the details of your Directors on any form of company communication; all the Directors must be included.
